Our goal is for as many Dealey students as possible to play soccer on a Dealey Soccer team.

When completing a team roster, the Dealey Soccer Club will prioritize placement of the following players who have registered and paid by the relevant deadlines:

1. Players who are children of Dealey Soccer Club coaches and administrators
2. Dealey students, prioritized by timestamp, who are returning players from the immediate prior season, and who register and pay by the priority deadline
3. Dealey students, prioritized by timestamp, who register and pay by the final deadline
4. Non-Dealey players

Registration process will be starting soon for Fall 2018.

You will need to complete both of the following steps in order for your child to be registered.  PLEASE NOTE: If your child is playing in 7th or 8th grade leagues, they do not need to complete the online registration form, just talk to your team’s coach.  Detailed instructions follow for both steps:

Returning players should register and pay by 8/21 for to have preference if there are more registered players than roster spots.

Final deadline to register and pay is 8/23.

1. Complete online registration form

(Note: you will need to complete a separate form for each child you are registering. We apologize for this inconvenience).  MAKE SURE YOU HIT SUBMIT when done with the form.  You will then be taken to a page that says “Your response has been submitted”

If you do not have access to fill a form out online, there will be paper forms in the soccer mailbox in the Dealey office.

2.   Send payment for appropriate amount by paypal.

Fees will be dependent on date you pay, number of children you are registering for, if jersey/shorts are needed for your child.  See summary of player fees below:

To make payment click the button below (it is recommended that you open this link in a “new tab” so you can still refer to the instructions as you make payment)

-In the “enter description” field, Enter the names of the children you are paying for.

-In the “item price” field, enter the total amount you are paying based on the fees table above (Reminder: you can pay for multiple children in one payment)

-The “quantity” field should say 1.  You can leave this as 1.   After you enter the total fee amount you need to pay, click “update” so the payment amount you have entered will be updated.

Please Note: A few parents have reported that when they click update, the names entered disappear.  If this happens to you, just proceed with payment and try to enter your children’s name under “Notes to Seller”.  If unable to enter your child’s name anywhere, just send an e-mail to dealeysoccer@gmail.com with your child’s name and the paypal e-mail address to match it to.

-Follow prompts under “Choose a way to pay” to either sign in and pay with a paypal account or with a credit or debit card without a paypal account.

-You should get a confirmation e-mail indicating that payment has been sent successfully.

If the button is not working for some reason, you can send payment for the correct amount by paypal to dealeysoccer@gmail.com (it is recommended you cut and paste this e-mail address to make sure you send to right address!)

IMPORTANT: If using this option please include the names of the children you are paying for in the “Add special instructions to the seller:” section of the paypal payment.  

If you do not wish to pay by paypal, you can pay by check.  Please leave check for the appropriate amount in the soccer mailbox in the Dealey office.  If you are paying by check, please e-mail Karla Barron at karla_b_barron@sbcglobal.net after you have left the check and completed the registration forms.
